Gagne's Throwing program? -- Latest: Strained calf, still not 100% (reply #3) (topic) Anyone have any more information about what Gagne is working through? The JS wednesday report listed him along with Riske as on a throwing program and said Riske is closer to throwing to hitters than Gagne... I had no idea he was injured. |

This Gagne signing makes for a very competitive Spring Training battle This is who I think we should take in our bullpen: Hoffman: Closer McClung: Long relief/spot start ... |

Sabathia, Sheets, Shouse offered arbitration: Latest- All three decline (topic) TH has a blog on the subject here. Sabathia is no-brainer for offering arbitration. The only way he wouldn't be offered is if he signs with the Brewers before 11 pm on Monday. Sheets is likely to be offered arbitration if the Brewers are confident his ... |

Any credit to Eric Gagne (topic) He has pitched excellent lately. Am I wrong in saying that I have a lot of confidence in him, especially given the performance of Torres lately. We all know he pitched terrible for most of the season, but I think he deserves some credit. |

The Gagne Era Should End (topic) This isn't an in-game thing or anything like that since I've wanted to post this for awhile. Eric Gagne should not pitch another game for the Brewers and I don't care how much he makes this year. He's clearly shown he is not in the same league as an ... |

Is Gagne Back? (Relief Situation) (topic) Is it just me or has Gagne looked pretty good in his last couple of outings? If he can come around, it will be just the same as if we traded for a relief pitcher. The same could be said for Riske. He has looked good as of late as well. The bullpen ... |

So what's next with the pitching staff? (topic) Who gets bumped from the rotation, McClung or Bush? Stetter get sent down? My guess is McClung to the pen. Stetter is the only one i can see getting sent down, but that's a shame because i trust him more than Gagne or Mota. |

15 million Dollars (Cameron + Gagne) (topic) Granted it was one year at 15 million, but man are Gagne and Cameron going to prove a big waste. Closer controversy: Torres vs. Gagne (topic) Do most here generally feel that Torres should stay in the closers role? I don't think there's anyone else in the bullpen right now that I feel more comfortable giving a 1 run lead to. He has relatively painlessly gotten the job done, while even Gagne's ... |

The Owen Murphy Thread (topic) Okay, here's my stupid theory that I will drop today on my stupid radio show no ESPN 1070 in Madison. I think Yost HAD to let Gagne close, simply because this team is toast if Gagne doesn't succeed in that role. Many think Torres would succeed as a ... |
