Garcia is an interesting power/power prospect with home run power as a hitter and a very strong arm as a pitcher. That arm strength translates well to his ability behind the plate, where he is somewhat raw since he also plays first base given his use on the mound. He has a big, strong mature frame, and it's hard to see much physical projection left in his body. He's an interesting prospect as such a late-round pick, but that point may be moot at this point in time as he may be difficult to sway away from the Trojans.
