Collier is a very athletic player that was named Texas' 5A player of the year after his junior season. He excels as a two-way star with good bat speed and very good arm speed. He easily generates upper-80s to low-90s velocity with a whip-like delivery, and physically resembles many of the pitchers the Brewers took earlier in the draft with a projectable frame and interesting overall athletic ability and hitting potential. He is likely a tough sign who is committed to play for JC powerhouse San Jacinto.
