BREWERFAN.NET SCOUTING REPORT:
Winkler has very good stuff for a sub-six foot pitcher, with a fastball that can touch 93 while sitting in the 89-92 range. He has a very nice repertoire that includes a slow mid-70s curveball, sharp slider that sits in the low-80s and promising changeup, all of which he's able to command fairly well, knowing how to change speeds. Keeping him away from TCU will be no easy task.
