BREWERFAN.NET SCOUTING REPORT:
Fogarty's stock slipped this spring when his velocity dipped to the mid-80s despite throwing around 90 in the past. He has a very good curveball and a promising changeup, and has shown the ability to change speeds and hit his spots. He is on the short and stocky side, so conditioning may be a concern down the road. Fogarty could elect to return to high school for grade 13 to improve his stock instead of going to college.

May return to high school, as Canada has the option for high school seniors to return for a 13th grade.
