BREWERFAN.NET SCOUTING REPORT:
Meadows has very good size for a left-handed pitcher, and very good athleticism. He was a promising two-way star in high school, with a very good swing made for loft power. His stuff has improved since attending college, going from the mid-80s to the upper 80s. He spins a pretty good breaking ball and knows how to pitch, and while he has the ability to strike batters out, he can be hittable. Keeping away from Texas Tech for his junior year of eligiblity may be tough.
