Bush has been darn good for awhile now. I have a feeling he will keep that up today. Lets get one here before the Padres come in town.

I would be reasonably at peace with a split of the season series. Help your own cause, Brewers.
Why should you keep rooting? All 45 of us can't keep the 40,000 seats warm for ya'all when you jump back on the wagon when we eventually start winning. (Soon God, make it soon.) - The Bwaz We can be heroes, if just for one half. - Bring Back the Stein, on CC Sabathia Never surrender. |

Naturally the day I'm working from home and there's a day game it isn't on TV.
losing is a disease...

Well this lineup will certainly be interesting. Hopefully the day off gets Fielder and Cameron back on track.

I like it. Prince needs a break big time. I also applaud Ned for not batting Rivera clean up. Hopefully Braun is up to the task for a day.

I like giving Prince the day off, but I'd have played Dillon at first. He's a better hitter than Rivera.

Well their MLB numbers are probably too small to indicate much, but Rivera has a career .790 OPS in the minors while Dillon's is .897. So yes, Rivera
could have a good game today, but Dillon would still be the better hitter.

Yeah I know, or at least I figured. Wouldn't have minded Dillon at first and Rivera catching today.

I am glad they are actually going to sit Fielder today.

This team cannot play "big games"
They'll wilt like lettuce if they're put under pressure down the stretch OK, maybe that's more of a vent thread post, but oh man, oh man... My 2008 Milwaukee Brewers: "No meat...no meat." |

This reminds me of the Packers game last January where we had a turnover right away and two Seattle scores in like the first 3 minutes of the game. Hopefully
the Crew can turn this around like the Pack did.
