To my mind his continued trade demands only hurt his chances to return to the majors as the Brewers will not trade him without getting fair return, and I suspect they will be less likely to call up a player who is mad at the organization. Because hypothetically speaking, it seems like the more that's said publicly, the less bargaining power the team has, and thus the less chance they'll get a decent trade offer.

At the end of the day however I work for the player and sometimes that conflicts with the teams best interests, and unfortunately the team holds all the cards in that situation. Im a believer in teamwork in resolving a situation so I would be vocal to a point I suppose but I probably wouldnt handle it through the media if I could help it.

Each team is different, but I have a great relationship with all the teams I have had the good fortune of working with. On a seperate note, the brewers signed another one of our clients friday, Nick Tyson a d/f from Lake City CC. He's a big kid with a ton of projection. Talk to you all soon!
